Chromatik is designed to help children aged 4 to 9 develop visuospatial and counting skills. Players must win skill cards by quickly identifying the most represented color on color cards. The three proposed levels make it an evolving game that prepares children for learning mathematics while having fun.

Why this game?
Visuospatial skills and global counting abilities are increasingly identified as predictors of success in mathematics. These skills are utilized in the game Chromatik, which invites the child to compare color surfaces arranged in different ways on cards. The element of speed encourages players to analyze the colors present on the cards "in their head." The game also leads them to consider how colored surfaces are organized on the cards to determine the most prevalent color(s). The game thus involves visual comparison and estimation skills, as well as various counting strategies.
By playing, the child becomes increasingly adept at building a mental image of the surface occupied by a color and understanding how space is organized on the card. For example, once they grasp that a color rectangle is equivalent to two small squares of the same color, this knowledge can give them a boost in quickly estimating the surface occupied by each color on the cards. The development of these cognitive skills will promote their learning of mathematics, particularly their understanding of number, geometry, measurement, and fractions.

Delivery and returns
Terms
An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the purchase date:
- By sending the product by post (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
- Returned products must be undamaged and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition suitable for resale!
- Clearance items with a discount of more than 30% will be considered final sale.
Exceptions
For safety and/or hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Teething toys
- Hygiene products
- Items for sale and special orders
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Safety equipment
- Bedding
- Swimsuits
- Themed/Seasonal Articles
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.
Procedure for returning merchandise
You have two options for returning merchandise:
A) Return at customer's expense
The customer has the option of choosing their own courier service, at their own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to the following postal address: 9250 Avenue du Parc, Unit 222, Montreal QC H2N 1Z2.
B) Return with prepaid label
Here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us at info@leoludo.ca specifying the order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label, and affix it to the package.
- Inform us by email of the day and 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.
A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
Return packaging – Important
To avoid breakage during transport, all items must be returned in a cardboard shipping box.
❌ No returns will be accepted if the return label is affixed directly to the product packaging.
❌ Items packaged only in brown paper, plastic film or non-protective bag will not be accepted.
✅ Any cardboard box will do — reused delivery boxes (e.g., Amazon) are perfectly acceptable.
Any item received damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.
Refund
Please allow 10 working days for the receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanged or returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
