Delivery costs

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes) in Quebec and Ontario. A flat fee of $10 applies to orders under $100. Shipping to other Canadian provinces is $15, or free for orders over $150.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for heavy or oversized items . The total shipping cost for your order, including these items, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Remote areas: Additional delivery charges may apply to certain remote areas in Canada. In such cases, we will contact the customer for their agreement before shipping.

Delivery times

Once your order is complete and paid for on our online store, your package will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 4 business days – excluding peak periods (Christmas, Boxing Day, Black Friday). Orders are shipped from Ville Saint-Laurent, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

During regular periods (excluding high volume periods), the delivery time is 1 to 3 days in urban areas and up to 5 days for rural areas.

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our premises. You will then be given a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery methods

  • Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Therefore, the customer is responsible for verifying that they have provided the correct and complete delivery address (including apartment number, for example).
  • Please note that LeoLudo is not responsible for any costs incurred if the delivery address provided is incorrect. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping costs and the reshipping costs. If the customer wishes to cancel their order due to an error in their delivery address, LeoLudo will refund the customer the total amount of their order minus the return shipping costs.
  • If you notice that an error has crept into your address at the time of ordering and your package has not yet been shipped, contact us as soon as possible at info@leoludo.ca or by phone at 438 499-5836 .
  • No refunds will be issued for packages delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Warehouse pickup - Free and fast

You can pick up your order at our warehouse and avoid delivery charges. Select the "In-store pickup" option as your delivery method when completing your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.

Product availability

We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an item you ordered may not be available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from delivering your order.

Item(s) out of stock

While we strive to display accurate quantities on our website, occasionally some items may be unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you. The item will be removed from your order, and you will only be charged for the products that are delivered. You will be able to specify a replacement product. No automatic replacements will be made to your order.

Order cancellation

LeoLudo reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed through its website. In such a case, you will receive an email confirming the refund of your order.

Promotions

Promotions do not apply to gift cards or previously purchased products. They are applicable to in-stock items at regular price.

Promotions do not apply to gift sets when the price already represents a discount granted on the total selling price of the included items.

Brands excluded from promotions

Brands excluded from our promotions are those for which manufacturers do not authorize discounted sales. These brands, excluded from current promotions and discounts, are as follows:
