Objective: Understand various questions

The dragon is holding the princess captive in the castle. Which of her friends will rescue her first? It's up to you to guess! But be careful, you'll need to help them by answering questions correctly!

Who will save the princess? is designed to help children aged 3 to 6 understand questions formulated with the interrogative words "where," "who," "with what," and "when," which draw on their personal knowledge. The illustrated question-and-answer cards allow them to self-validate their responses.

.Why this game?

From about 3 years old until school age, children greatly develop their knowledge base and their understanding of abstract concepts, which helps them answer difficult questions out of context more easily. Who will save the princess? was specifically designed to stimulate the development of comprehension of this type of question in children aged 3½ to 5 years. Moreover, beyond helping to develop language skills, this game also helps children acquire more knowledge, particularly about professions and holidays celebrated throughout the year.

Furthermore, from the age of 3, children become increasingly fond of imaginary stories. Games that take them out of their daily routine can therefore interest them more than before. Who will save the princess? allows them to play with imaginary characters who must save a princess. This story is likely to motivate them to answer the questions.

Delivery and returns

Terms

An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the purchase date:

  1. By sending the product by post (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
  2. Returned products must be undamaged and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition suitable for resale!
  3. Clearance items with a discount of more than 30% will be considered final sale.

Exceptions

For safety and/or hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Teething toys
  • Hygiene products
  • Items for sale and special orders
  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Safety equipment
  • Bedding
  • Swimsuits
  • Themed/Seasonal Articles

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.

Procedure for returning merchandise

You have two options for returning merchandise:

A) Return at customer's expense

The customer has the option of choosing their own courier service, at their own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to the following postal address: 9250 Avenue du Parc, Unit 222, Montreal QC H2N 1Z2.

B) Return with prepaid label

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Contact us at info@leoludo.ca specifying the order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We will email you a prepaid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label, and affix it to the package.
  3. Inform us by email of the day and 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.

A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.

Return packaging – Important

To avoid breakage during transport, all items must be returned in a cardboard shipping box.

❌ No returns will be accepted if the return label is affixed directly to the product packaging.

❌ Items packaged only in brown paper, plastic film or non-protective bag will not be accepted.

✅ Any cardboard box will do — reused delivery boxes (e.g., Amazon) are perfectly acceptable.

Any item received damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.

Refund

Please allow 10 working days for the receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanged or returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
