Little Smoby 3-in-1 Walker

With the Little Smoby 3-in-1 safety walker, young children can discover the world in complete safety, both in terms of motor skills and their senses: because this vehicle is a walker, an activity board and a doll's stroller all in one!

Safe walks are no problem for little adventurers thanks to the sturdy walker, as the Baby Walker's ergonomic handle ensures safe first steps; when the stroller is not in use, the wheel lock system can be activated.

An activity board with various educational games is integrated into the front of the walker and gently stimulates motor skills: a nesting game in which each of the four different building blocks is inserted into a different notch. This helps little ones learn about shapes and colors and how to match them correctly.

In addition, the game board has two rolling eyes that the child can turn, a small door with a key to open and close it, a mirror door, a spinning flower, a small spinning wheel, a push-along ladybug with a 'krick-krack' sound and a horn.

The play station can also be used separately; it can be detached in no time at all and transported easily using the carrying handle on the top. And once the board is removed, the walker also serves as a doll stroller, as there is a seat underneath the play board, in which your favorite doll can be placed.

Terms

An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the purchase date:

1. By sending the product by post (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
2. Returned products must be undamaged and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition suitable for resale!
3. Clearance items with a discount of more than 30% will be considered final sale.

Exceptions

For safety and/or hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Teething toys
• Hygiene products
• Items for sale and special orders
• Items that have been assembled or modified
• Safety equipment
• Bedding
• Swimsuits
• Themed/Seasonal Articles

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.

Procedure for returning merchandise

You have two options for returning merchandise:

A) Return at customer's expense

The customer has the option of choosing their own courier service, at their own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to the following postal address: 9250 Avenue du Parc, Unit 222, Montreal QC H2N 1Z2.

B) Return with prepaid label

Here are the steps to follow:

1. Contact us at info@leoludo.ca specifying the order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will email you a prepaid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label, and affix it to the package.
3. Inform us by email of the day and 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.

A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.

Return packaging – Important

To avoid breakage during transport, all items must be returned in a cardboard shipping box.

❌ No returns will be accepted if the return label is affixed directly to the product packaging.

❌ Items packaged only in brown paper, plastic film or non-protective bag will not be accepted.

✅ Any cardboard box will do — reused delivery boxes (e.g., Amazon) are perfectly acceptable.

Any item received damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.

Refund

Please allow 10 working days for the receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanged or returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
