Apprivoise le plus d’ogres possible en leur offrant des collations à leur gout! Pour ce faire, tu dois obtenir, avec un ou deux dés, un nombre qui correspond à celui sur la carte de l’ogre. Montre tes talents de cuisinier et deviens le maitre de ces adorables ogres de compagnie!
DÉgueulasse! est conçu pour aider les enfants de 3 ans à 9½ ans à développer leur compréhension des nombres et leurs habiletés de calcul. Les trois niveaux de difficulté en font un jeu évolutif qui tient compte de l’ordre d’acquisition des différents concepts liés aux nombres.

Pourquoi ce jeu?
Avant d’entrer à l’école, l’enfant construit ses propres connaissances sur les nombres. Cela lui servira de base pour l’apprentissage des mathématiques. Il est donc pertinent de lui faire vivre des expériences liées aux nombres pendant cette période, et de poursuivre la stimulation tout au long de son développement pour consolider ses habiletés.
DÉgueulasse! permet à l’enfant de développer sa compréhension des nombres et ses habiletés de calcul en lui faisant vivre des expériences ludiques et stimulantes. Les trois niveaux proposés en font un jeu évolutif qui tient compte de l’ordre d’acquisition des différents concepts liés aux nombres chez les enfants.

Delivery and returns
Terms
An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the purchase date:
- By sending the product by post (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
- Returned products must be undamaged and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition suitable for resale!
- Clearance items with a discount of more than 30% will be considered final sale.
Exceptions
For safety and/or hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Teething toys
- Hygiene products
- Items for sale and special orders
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Safety equipment
- Bedding
- Swimsuits
- Themed/Seasonal Articles
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.
Procedure for returning merchandise
You have two options for returning merchandise:
A) Return at customer's expense
The customer has the option of choosing their own courier service, at their own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to the following postal address: 9250 Avenue du Parc, Unit 222, Montreal QC H2N 1Z2.
B) Return with prepaid label
Here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us at info@leoludo.ca specifying the order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label, and affix it to the package.
- Inform us by email of the day and 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.
A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
Return packaging – Important
To avoid breakage during transport, all items must be returned in a cardboard shipping box.
❌ No returns will be accepted if the return label is affixed directly to the product packaging.
❌ Items packaged only in brown paper, plastic film or non-protective bag will not be accepted.
✅ Any cardboard box will do — reused delivery boxes (e.g., Amazon) are perfectly acceptable.
Any item received damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.
Refund
Please allow 10 working days for the receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanged or returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
