Objectif : Identifier les émotions
Apprends à reconnaitre les émotions de base! Tu peux associer et nommer les émotions en plaçant les cartes aux bons endroits. Sauras-tu trouver les deux fillettes tristes identiques, ou encore le petit garçon et le grand-père en colère? Par la suite, associe chaque image d’émotion à une cause.
Loto des émotions est conçu pour aider les enfants de 1½ an à 4 ans à reconnaitre et à nommer des émotions. Il leur apprend aussi que tout le monde vit des émotions, que celles-ci ont différentes causes et qu’une même situation peut générer plusieurs émotions.

Pourquoi ce jeu?
En voyant la même émotion sur le visage de plus d’un personnage, ou encore en voyant le même personnage vivre différentes émotions, l’enfant apprend à mieux comprendre et identifier ces émotions, autant chez lui que chez les autres. Il comprend aussi que tout le monde vit des émotions. Loto des émotions l’aide dans cet apprentissage.
L’enfant en vient aussi à remarquer que certaines situations créent certaines émotions, et qu’une même situation ne provoque pas nécessairement la même émotion chez tous les enfants. En ce sens, Loto des émotions l’aide à comprendre différentes émotions possibles dans une situation et aussi différentes causes possibles à une même émotion.
Par ailleurs, le jeu Loto des émotions permet également à l’enfant d’acquérir le vocabulaire qui concerne les émotions, donc il contribue à développer son langage. Le jeu a aussi été pensé pour l’encourager à faire des casse-têtes simples, une activité qui favorise le développement cognitif et celui de la motricité fine.

Delivery and returns
Terms
An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the purchase date:
- By sending the product by post (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
- Returned products must be undamaged and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition suitable for resale!
- Clearance items with a discount of more than 30% will be considered final sale.
Exceptions
For safety and/or hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Teething toys
- Hygiene products
- Items for sale and special orders
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Safety equipment
- Bedding
- Swimsuits
- Themed/Seasonal Articles
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.
Procedure for returning merchandise
You have two options for returning merchandise:
A) Return at customer's expense
The customer has the option of choosing their own courier service, at their own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to the following postal address: 9250 Avenue du Parc, Unit 222, Montreal QC H2N 1Z2.
B) Return with prepaid label
Here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us at info@leoludo.ca specifying the order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label, and affix it to the package.
- Inform us by email of the day and 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.
A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
Return packaging – Important
To avoid breakage during transport, all items must be returned in a cardboard shipping box.
❌ No returns will be accepted if the return label is affixed directly to the product packaging.
❌ Items packaged only in brown paper, plastic film or non-protective bag will not be accepted.
✅ Any cardboard box will do — reused delivery boxes (e.g., Amazon) are perfectly acceptable.
Any item received damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.
Refund
Please allow 10 working days for the receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanged or returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
