Phono-duos : Premières lettres est conçu pour favoriser le développement de la connaissance du son des lettres chez l'enfant de 5½ ans à 7½ ans. Le jeu fait partie de la série Phono-duos qui propose cinq jeux gradués ciblant différentes habiletés préalables à l'apprentissage de la lecture et de l'écriture52 morceaux de casse-tête (26 duos)
Pourquoi ce jeu?
La conscience phonologique, tout comme la connaissance des lettres et de leur son, constitue une habileté liée au développement des compétences en lecture. Comme la conscience phonologique ne s'acquiert pas seule et qu'elle émerge habituellement avant l'entrée à l'école, il est pertinent d'en stimuler le développement pour préparer l'enfant à apprendre à lire. Il importe également que l'enfant se familiarise petit à petit avec les lettres de l'alphabet, leurs différentes formes, et, par la suite, leur son. Toutefois, l'enseignement gagne à se faire par le jeu pour motiver l'enfant qui est encore petit.
La série Phono-duos a été pensée dans cette optique. Les jeux qu'elle propose permettent d'aider l'enfant à développer progressivement ses habiletés de conscience phonologique et sa connaissance des lettres et de leur son.

Delivery and returns
Terms
An exchange or refund may be granted if the following conditions are met, within 30 days of the purchase date:
- By sending the product by post (at the buyer's expense) with a copy of the invoice or the order number.
- Returned products must be undamaged and unused, in their original condition and packaging. In other words: in a condition suitable for resale!
- Clearance items with a discount of more than 30% will be considered final sale.
Exceptions
For safety and/or hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Teething toys
- Hygiene products
- Items for sale and special orders
- Items that have been assembled or modified
- Safety equipment
- Bedding
- Swimsuits
- Themed/Seasonal Articles
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can find a solution or compensate you.
Procedure for returning merchandise
You have two options for returning merchandise:
A) Return at customer's expense
The customer has the option of choosing their own courier service, at their own expense. Simply indicate the order number directly on the package, and send it to the following postal address: 9250 Avenue du Parc, Unit 222, Montreal QC H2N 1Z2.
B) Return with prepaid label
Here are the steps to follow:
- Contact us at info@leoludo.ca specifying the order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will email you a prepaid return label. Place the items in the shipping box or bag, print the return label, and affix it to the package.
- Inform us by email of the day and 3-hour time slot of your choice, and we will send a delivery person to pick up the package from your home.
A fee of $12 (+ taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
Return packaging – Important
To avoid breakage during transport, all items must be returned in a cardboard shipping box.
❌ No returns will be accepted if the return label is affixed directly to the product packaging.
❌ Items packaged only in brown paper, plastic film or non-protective bag will not be accepted.
✅ Any cardboard box will do — reused delivery boxes (e.g., Amazon) are perfectly acceptable.
Any item received damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused or returned to the customer without a refund.
Refund
Please allow 10 working days for the receipt and inspection of returned items, after which the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on all exchanged or returned merchandise, except for damaged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
